Taming Needle Eye Mountain

Here on Needle Eye, progress is happening.

Tile has begun and ceilings are close to finished. Picked out our counter tops and got a visit from an unwanted inspector…. the kind with a rattle…

Abraham, our tile guy, is a one man show but wow he is good. He ends the day with everything set up for the next day… a true lean six sigma professional… especially when it comes to all those cuts!

Our carpenter Josh is working on finishing up the trim and ceilings.

About that inspector…. He came across the driveway for a peek at the new construction. He was reminded that he is an unwelcome guest… life in the country … 😳

I can’t wait for the counters to come in. They should start measuring and templating next week. I am in love with what I selected.. there was so much to choose from!! For the smaller areas I went with remnants so I could splurge in the kitchen😍

Next up… waiting…. Patiently for these guys to do their job. It’s getting close 🙏🏻
