The tile is here! Well almost all of it. Still need the laundry room floor tile to come in. So it’s time to start tiling the bathrooms and entry way. Let’s all take a minute to pray for a break in the tile guy’s schedule to get us started🥰.
I ordered the slate tile from California. The delivery was quite the process. They said the load weight 1,200 pounds??? I’m thinking… yikes how much did I order??? But the trucking company showed up with a fork lift and a loader so it wasn’t too much work for us. Now for the tile guys…. Hmmm that’s gonna be a few trips! The rest of the tile we picked up from a local shop. Took a couple of truck loads and a lot of muscle to unload it!

Meanwhile on the rest of the construction front. The wood ceiling is getting close to finished and the master closet has started. No word on the windows still… keep believing y’all!
