Next up for Needle Eye Mountain.. a storm shelter.
Our builder found a really cool place that makes tornado shelters that bolt right into the slab of your house. We put ours into the garage area which is great so we won’t have to get out into the weather when a storm threat comes. It even has emergency lights and vents.
It will be tight with Me, Scott, 3 dogs, 1 cat and 9 chickens but that’s the stuff memories are made of… right… or horror movies … should the chickens go down…. Anyways.. Just need a storm radio, some rations (yes that does include a good bottle of wine) and we will call that place done!
