Taming Needle Eye Mountain

The house had been abandoned for several years before we bought it. And when we did our first tour all I could say was: Burn it down.

First order of business was to knock down the original house, but I want you guys to see what was in it before we demolished it. What the video doesn’t show is how many wasps had made that home! They came pouring out as the dozers began their work. The dozer guy had to get hornet spray.

We did talk to the builder to see if any part was salvageable, but it was too far gone. *warning last pic is the “owner” of the snake skin…. Gives me the Heebie-jeebies!

OMG!!! Yep found IN the house -Timber rattler must have enjoyed a rat buffet each day. That sucker is big!
